I’ve finally decided to release my absolute favorite scrubby pattern! I have used this pattern for my personal use for years, and here is why:
- Its super functional! It’s the ONLY scrubber I use when I hand wash my dishes.
- Easy to make!
- Works up quick!
- Makes a great Craft show seller. (6 scrubbies can be made from just 1 skein)
• I (5.5mm) crochet hook
• 22 Yards Red Heart Scrubby (Example is shown with cotton variety)
• Yarn needle
ch sp: chain space
ps: puff stitch
sc: single crochet
sl st: slip stitch
(#): Stitch counts at end of row
Approx. 4 inch diameter
If you find that your stitches are too tight you can loosen your tension or go up a hook size.
Chain at beginning of each row does not count as a st.
Use a stitch marker at the beginning of each row to ensure you join each row in the correct stitch.
This yarn can be abrasive. Loosening your tension can make the yarn easier to work with and will reduce friction on your fingers.
Each 3.5 oz skein should make 6 scrubbies.
For any questions please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m happy to help!
